Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy covers the Test Series Pass sold on GovtPariksha. Blogs, books, and quizzes are not sold through this pass. The current price and what the pass includes are on the pricing page.

What can be refunded

The only paid product is the Test Series Pass, currently ₹69 for 6 months. A refund request can cover that payment. It does not cover a government exam fee, a book, or a quiz, because those are not charged by this pass.

No subscription to cancel

The pass is a single payment. It does not renew, and Razorpay is not asked to charge the card again when the 6 months end. There is no cancellation of a future debit. When the pass expires, access to locked tests stops until a new pass is bought.

Failed or abandoned payments

If the payment fails, or the payment window is closed before Razorpay confirms it, the pass is not activated. A failed attempt is not a completed purchase. Any amount that a bank shows as pending returns through the bank or Razorpay. GovtPariksha does not keep a failed payment.

Charged, but the pass did not unlock

If money was taken and the account still does not show an active pass, write to awakenstudioss@gmail.com within 7 days. Include the registered email, the Razorpay payment id, and the date of payment. After we confirm the charge and the missing access, that payment is refunded in full to the original method.

After the pass is active

Access to every published test series starts as soon as the payment is verified. Because the digital pass is delivered immediately, a change-of-mind refund is not available once the pass is active on the account. A duplicate charge for the same purchase is refunded after we match the two payment ids.

How to request a refund

Email awakenstudioss@gmail.com or use Contact Us. Approved refunds are sent through Razorpay to the original payment method. Banks often take 5 to 7 working days after Razorpay accepts the refund to show the credit.
